Durante a San Diego Comic-Con 2018, foram entregues os Eisner Awards, premiação que celebra os melhores quadrinhos de cada ano.

O brasileiro Marcelo D’Salete levou o prêmio de Melhor Publicação Americana de um Material Estrangeiro com seu Cumbe. Os grandes ganhadores da noite foram My Favorite Thing is Monsters e Monstress, que levaram 5 prêmios cada.
